    About You

    Our Consumer Publicity team are looking for a passionate, driven Senior Account Manager to join their busy TV team. Applicants should have 5+ years’ experience working in a press/publicity function in the entertainment industry. Experience of unit publicity is highly desirable.

    Within DDA, a Senior Account Manager is an ambitious and proactive member of the team that can manage accounts with limited oversight. They will demonstrate excellent press relationships, borne from working across a number of high-profile projects in their career. A natural communicator, they thrive on collaboration and seek opportunities to share their knowledge with the junior team.

    Your Key Responsibilities Include:

    Client Relationships

    • Develop a close working relationship with our clients in the TV space and add value with expert knowledge

    • Work with the Director of TV and senior partners to trouble-shoot any issues relating to this ongoing work

    • Oversight of day-to-day client management, rectifying issues as they arise

    Delivery

    • Run/direct campaigns in the UK and provide the client with regular updates

    • Oversee timely coverage reporting for our clients with the support of the wider team

    • Maintain standards for reporting, interview requests, asset timelines etc.

    • Oversee the dissemination of new assets to media, utilising the depth of the team

    • Working with the strengths of the team to find the best solution for any given project

    • Attend and coordinate press launches for our series clients

    Strategy and Commercial Awareness

    • Devise and execute strategy for UK Publicity campaigns with an awareness of client objectives and competitive landscape

    • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with press whilst ensuring maximum visibility for our project

    People

    • Maintain professional manner and demonstration of strong work ethic towards account teams and company as a whole

    • Oversee Account Executives working across your accounts to assist with their progression and output

    • Become invested in growing the experience of members of the team through their work with you

    • Be approachable and professional at all times and positively contribute to the team environment

    • Inspire your colleagues to push themselves and lead by example

    • Champion the importance of teamwork and motivate others around you

    Skills & Experience

    • Experience with on-set unit publicity capture, press access, photography and EPK

    • Understanding of picture publicity and the ability to come up with creative ideas and be able to work with photographers and designers

    • Exposure to budget management

    • Knowledge of the TV landscape: identify the core audience for a TV series, know how to reach them and excite them, be aware of competitive campaigns and TV trends

    • Client management experience

    • Exceptional relationship building skills and high emotional intelligence

    • Known to a high level of press and industry figures

    • Experience of major TV and/or film festivals (desired, not required)

    • A passion for learning, and getting under the skin of, client businesses to give them the best possible outcomes

    • Confidence speaking to Senior Executives and Talent

    • Highest standard of multi-tasking and organisational skills

    • A team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

    • Highly organised, and a clear, confident delegator

    • Proficient in presentation software and other Microsoft packages

    Our growing influencer management team is looking for a passionate, driven and hard-working Senior Talent Executive to help work with our fantastic roster. You must have a huge passion for influencers and influencer management, have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this is your dream job! As the Senior Talent Executive, you’ll support the Talent Manager in building and maintaining the accounts of our Creators as well as beginning to manage your own smaller accounts.

    Your Key Responsibilities Include:

    Client Relationships

    • Liaising with talent on campaigns, opportunities, ancillary activities and more

    • Maintaining and continuing to build relationships with agencies

    • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

    • Assist in being the point person between talent and the client for campaigns – briefing, communicating, and reporting in line with the campaign timeline

    • Attend relevant industry events to grow your network

    • Beginning to help Talent Manager with trouble-shooting and dealing with larger problems

    • Beginning to lead on a smaller Creator account with awareness and oversight on their strategy and how to help grow their account

    • Assisting with communicating around the Creators’ goals and their monthly catch-ups

    Strategy and Commercial Awareness

    • Support the Talent Manager to implement the strategy for influencers' social media channels

    • Begin to devise exciting, innovative and on brand content ideas for influencers

    • Support with strategising how to develop our current roster and opportunities/creators to develop the roster further e.g. book deals, TV shows and more

    • Develop content ideas, write, and curate content

    • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users and utilise those learnings into your Creators and their strategies

    • Play an active role in brainstorms on new, creative approaches to influencer campaign

    • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers and how these can be implemented to help grow your Creators

    • Begin to strategically think about what influencers to sign and the best route for doing so

    • Begin to think strategically around how to generate longer-term business for your Creators

    • Utilise experience and industry knowledge to help fire-proof accounts, foresee problems and come armed with solutions to help maintain commerciality to your Creators with the support of Talent Managers

    • Ensure oversight of the Creators’ goals and how they can be actioned and met with the support of Talent Managers
